Effective October 1st, 2021, Advanced Water Purification, LLC has assumed the customer base of Advanced Water Systems, Inc.
The owner of Advanced Water Systems, Inc. (AWS) had decided the time has come to look forward to a well deserved retirement, and we wish them well in their future endeavors!
In the interest of service continuity they negotiated that Advanced Water Purification, LLC acquire the existing customer base effective October 1st, 2021.
Our aim is for this transition to be as painless and seamless as possible for you, our valued customers.
In the short term there will be no immediate impact to customers, but there are some administrative changes which we need to make you aware (see additional FAQs below).
Advanced Water Purification hired the previous staff of AWS, and to minimize disruptions in lines of communications, acquired their office phone number so you may call us just as you normally would.
To further ease this transition, in the coming weeks all existing AWS customers will soon be receiving special offers in the mail in recognition of your customer loyalty as an expression of our appreciation for your continued business.
The only actions we need to make existing AWS customers aware of at this time are:

Effective October 1st, 2021, Advanced Water Purification, LLC has assumed the customer base of Advanced Water Systems, Inc.
This includes rental agreements.
Advanced Water Purification will continue to service your water conditioning equipment and will honor current contract rate terms.
We will review all existing agreements over the coming months, and communicate with rental customers ahead of time should there be any material change to your existing terms going forward.
For any outstanding invoice or statement you received from AWS dated prior to October 1st, 2021, please make all payments payable to AWS and mail to the address listed on your statement, just as you normally would.
For service or rental periods starting on or after October 1st, 2021, Advanced Water Purification will send you new invoices/statements going forward, Be on the lookout for more information from us in the near future.
